The correct patient data should go to the correct person

The NHS doesn't just collect patient records it also disseminates them, helping research organisations understand trends. Patient record data is sensitive and there are strict controls on who, what, where and when the data can be used.

 

We took a paper based, long, triple checked bespoke process into the online world, powered by Dynamics 365 working with the business to understand,  design, develop and implement the correct solution to the problem. We worked alongside the business biting off small pieces at a time, producing strawmen, building models and piloting. This agile approach enabled us to take an undocumented complex bespoke process, refine it and build a sustainble solution in CRM. This slashed application waiting times, improved accuracy and ultimately made sure the right people got the right data.

A Contact Centre should have encyclopaedic knowledge

 

Contact centres need to be able to track all incoming and outgoing communications, for a contact and organisation showing a complete history of all iterations.

 

We upgraded a CRM 2011 onpremise environment to Dynamics CRM online 2015 enabling full email integration and process driven customer enquiry. Our primary function was to architect, manage, design and migrate the implementation of Dynamics CRM Online 2015 system. Through listening and playback to the business we were better able to understood the current system. This allowed us to adapt and guide the contact centre to produce a design which was built in CRM Online 2015. We then worked with the contact centre to polish and migrate. The success of the project was through the formation of one team working together to produce a sustainable solution using a traditional waterfall approach.

Projects should be effectively managed

 

The MoD needs to be able to plan, resource and track key military purchases and upgrades, across multiple sites and users. We helped them upgrade an Enterprise Project Management system by designing, managing, configuring, developing, migrating and deploying Microsoft Project Server 2013. For this project we took a traditional waterfall approach to the configuration and migration.

Results need to be delivered on time

 

Aerodynamics is the biggest differentiator in Formula One, always demanding a more perfect design to win races. A manual email based system just doesn't deliver.

 

We helped understand a complex planning process which combined both forward and backward planning to deliver the best product at the latest possible time. We used an agile approach to; design, model, pilot and test a system based on SharePoint and ProjectServer. This enabled us to deliver the business needs of a flexibility and simple solution while ensuring an accurate forecasting and planning solution.
